Overview
As a valued physician with Dartmouth Health Palliative Care, you'll join an established interdisciplinary team providing inpatient consult service at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
In this role, you will provide inpatient consultation to patients with serious, life-limiting illness, who are seeking assistance with advanced symptom management, clarifying goals of care, and transition planning.
Overview:
* Conduct and support the interdisciplinary team in comprehensive palliative care assessments and care plan development
* Provide inpatient consults
* Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College
* Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, APPs, RNs, chaplains, and social workers
Requirements:
* BC/BE in palliative medicine by the ABMS or AOA
* Thoughtful communicator
* Ability to obtain/maintain a NH medical license and federal DEA license
