Overview As a valued physician with Dartmouth Health Palliative Care, you'll join an established interdisciplinary team providing inpatient consult service at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. In this role, you will provide inpatient consultation to patients with serious, life-limiting illness, who are seeking assistance with advanced symptom management, clarifying goals of care, and transition planning.
