Position Specific Description

Key Responsibilities


Data Collection & Integration:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from various sources. Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and contribute to data collection processes. Participate in developing and managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Support the integration of various data sources into our data warehouse or data lake.

 

 Database Management & Governance:

Support in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases.
Help optimize database performance and storage. Assist in ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle with Enterprise security protocols. Participate in data quality and data governance initiatives to maintain high data standards. Contribute to the development of data models, schemas, and technical documentation.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Assist in generating data reports and visualizations. Support business intelligence activities using various tools and techniques.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of programming languages such as Python. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or Plotly) is a plus. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is desirable. Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., AWS Glue).

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).
