PAM - Partner Account Manager ISV

What you will do  

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop Local Business Applications Partners to become more strategic and allow Oracle to be intrinsic to their got-to-market plans; enablement, drive pipeline generating sales activities with partners and generally “owning” the indirect channel plan in territory with the regional sales team. 

Build joint business plan and periodically evaluate progress against goals define on BP. Including Track and report pipeline generation Provide training resources to our ISVs technical teams Develop product roadmap, solution integration strategies and go-to-market initiatives. Work with ISV marketing team in coordination with Oracle Sales and marketing teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives defined in the business plan Support sales teams with tools, resources, and knowledge on ISV solutions, enabling them to effectively promote combined offerings. Lead the effort to formalize membership and agreements through appropriate teams Identify prospect ISV that are that are market leader in their field Present, to the selected prospects, the value proposition, and benefits of partnering with Oracle and using our solution in a joint effort with the ISV Sales Rep
