Job Description: 
Pan Placement sets-up, adjusts and operates the pan stacker, un-stacker, pan cleaner, edge pan cooler and associated conveyors.  Assists Oven Operator as directed/necessary.  Heavy lifting is required.  Maintain accurate records.  Responsible for 5S activities, including auditing area.  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Functions: 
1)    Review pertinent information with the previous shift i.e. mechanical issues etc.
2)    Review schedule set up proper pans on unstacker 
3)    Perform Pre-Operational Checks.
4)    Set conveyor speeds and guides for varieties being run 
5)    Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP – CTS)
6)    Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good house- keeping practices.
7)    Maintain Good Communication with co-workers and supervisors.
8)    Follow all JSA guidelines
9)    Training may take place on a different shift

Work Conditions:
1)    8-12 Hour shift. Will receive 2 fifteen-minute breaks and one-half hour break. Overtime is required. 
2)    Environment – Noise levels will be minimal to moderate and temperature will be hot to warm. Lighting is sufficient.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
