**Job Title: Panel Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Panel Assembler to join our team. You will work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm, with some mandatory Fridays typically requiring 5 hours. This role involves wiring control panels and machines, managing electrical parts inventory, and performing electrical repairs and upkeep on company tools, equipment, and buildings as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Wire control panels and machines.
+ Assist in managing electrical parts inventory, including storage and issuance to jobs.
+ Perform electrical repairs and upkeep on company tools, equipment, and buildings as needed.
+ Acquire familiarity with various parts, supplies, and clerical work associated with electrical parts storekeeping.
+ Assemble and test Industrial Control Panels from schematic wiring diagrams.
+ Load software programs and test PLCs and HMIs.
+ Work with 3 phase AC wiring up to 600V, AC single phase wiring, DC low voltage analog & digital wiring, and network wiring.
+ Develop and manufacture wiring harnesses for standard control panels.
+ Develop and manufacture unit level wiring kits to improve production efficiency.
+ Read, interpret, and understand schematic wiring diagrams and drawings.
+ Install wiring along with rigid and flexible conduit with attention to detail.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment and control panels.
+ Maintain neat and clean storage locations and work areas.
+ Review and update wiring diagrams as needed.
+ Regularly contact engineering and management personnel regarding project status.
+ Coordinate with parts delivery personnel regarding shipment of electrical components.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and understanding schematic wiring diagrams and drawings.
+ Experience with 3 phase AC wiring up to 600V, AC single phase wiring, DC low voltage analog & digital wiring, and network wiring.
+ Ability to assemble and test Industrial Control Panels from schematic wiring diagrams.
+ Competence in loading software programs and testing PLCs and HMIs.
+ Skill in developing and manufacturing wiring harnesses for standard control panels.
+ Capability to install wiring along with rigid and flexible conduit with quality workmanship.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment and control panels.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in electrical parts storekeeping.
+ Strong organizational skills to maintain electrical inventory and work areas.
+ Effective communication skills for regular interaction with engineering, management, and parts delivery personnel.

**Work Environment**
The position is primarily based in a climate-controlled shop facility within the electrical department. Control panel assembly and wiring of unit level equipment are performed in the electrical department, manufacturing areas, and occasionally outside. The incumbent will have regular contact with engineering and management personnel and receive work instruction from the electrical department lead.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Garner, North Carolina.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00
Employee stock sharing - vested after 7 years
