**Job Title: Panel Assembler** **Job Description** As a Panel Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling panels for refrigeration houses, which are commonly found outside grocery stores. Your role will involve running wires to complete the assembly of these panels and following schematics for the builds. You will use hand and power tools to perform the assemblies. **Pay: $20 an hour** **Responsibilities** + Assemble panels for refrigeration houses following schematics. + Run wires to complete the assembly of panels. + Utilize hand and power tools for assemblies. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Work collaboratively in teams of 3-4 people. **Essential Skills** + Electrical wiring from a manufacturing or construction experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Capability to stand for 10+ hours a day. + Ability to regularly lift 20+ lbs and occasionally lift 50+ lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined individuals willing to learn electrical wiring are encouraged to apply. + People currently in school with relevant skills are also considered. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities to train in other areas such as brazing, quality, and function testing. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required every day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
