**Job Title: Panel Builder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Panel Builders The role involves reading schematics, drilling and tapping panel boxes, wiring up panels, and installing panels to automated systems. The job includes working on various robotic assembly, wiring, and system integration tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read schematics and electrical prints
+ Drill and tap panel boxes
+ Wire up panels
+ Install panels into automated systems
+ Follow blueprints and instructions for assembling robotic cells
+ Work on the same area and cells for a few weeks until completion
+ Receive and follow directions for different robotic cells
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience reading schematics and electrical prints
+ Aptitude with hand tools
+ 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with panel building
+ Experience as a machine tool electrician
+ Experience with robot and automation panel building

**Work Environment**
Our work environment is extremely clean, safe, open, and non-cluttered. We are a deadline-based company but are committed to training the right people with a positive attitude. The shifts available are: 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30pm; 6am to 2:30pm Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as needed. 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm to 1:30am, with Fridays for overtime 3pm to 11:30pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based in metro Detroit.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00
