**Job Title: Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building panels used in car washes. You will read schematics and blueprints, layout DIN rails and components, and identify electrical components such as breakers, switches, starters, relays, timers, and overloads. You will also fabricate enclosure cut-outs, drill and tap panel back panels, and wire various sizes of wires point to point. Additionally, you will program VFDs (variable frequency devices) and test completed panels to ensure functionality. **Responsibilities** + Build panels for use in car washes + Read and understand schematics and blueprints + Layout DIN rails and components + Identify electrical components such as breakers, switches, starters, relays, timers, and overloads + Fabricate enclosure cut-outs + Drill and tap panel back panels + Wire various size wires point to point + Program VFDs (variable frequency devices) + Test completed panels to ensure functionality **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints + Experience wiring and working with 480v + 3-5 years of panel building + Ability to use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, knockout punches, hole saws, and wire strippers + Ability to build, solder, and fabricate the panel box + Ability to wire panels per schematic + Program VFDs post panel build and wire + Experience drilling, tagging, and rigging backplates **Why Work Here?** We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield Health insurance with $200-300 deductibles. The role requires standing for much of the day and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. The position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours), with some overtime and possible weekend work required as needed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
