**Job Title: Panel Builder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Panel Builders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading schematics and blueprints to assemble and wire up panels, install them into automated systems, and ensure seamless integration with robotic assembly systems. This position offers 2nd shift openings and requires candidates with a strong experience in electrical wiring and panel building.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret schematics and electrical prints
+ Drill and tap panel boxes
+ Wire up panels according to specifications
+ Install panels into automated systems
+ Work on different robotic assembly and system integration tasks
+ Follow blueprints to assemble robotic cells
+ Maintain consistent work on assigned cells until completion
+ Receive and follow instructions for various projects and companies
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in schematic/electrical print reading
+ 2+ years of experience in electrical wiring
+ Proficiency in using hand tools
+ Experience in 2 box panel wiring
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in panel building
+ Experience as a machine tool electrician
+ Experience with robot/automation panels

**Work Environment**
You will be working in an extremely clean and safe environment. The workspace is non-cluttered and conducive to efficient work. The position involves working 2nd shift hours: Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1:30am, with potential overtime on Fridays from 3pm to 11:30pm. As a deadline-based company, we value positive attitudes and the willingness to learn, and we are dedicated to providing thorough training to the right candidates.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester Hills, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00
