**Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and ensuring the quality of control panels based on customer-specific blueprints and schematics. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of electrical assembly and wiring. **Responsibilities** + Build, tap, and wire panels according to specifications. + Read and interpret customer-specific blueprints and schematics. + Inspect the quality of builds to ensure they match blueprints. + Ensure the correct wires and parts are used for panel construction. + Perform point-to-point wiring tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with schematic and blueprint reading. + Proficiency in panel building and electrical assembly. + Knowledge of control panel wiring. + Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with basic hand and power tools (Level 1). + Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly (Level 1). + Experience with more advanced cable assembly and wiring panels from instructions (Level 2). + Ability to identify wire gauges and colors and wire panels from start to finish using blueprints/schematics (Level 3). **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with multiple levels of panel building expertise.
