Role Description         

As a Panel Service Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our work with some of the biggest names in advertising, such as TikTok, BBC, YouTube, and Google. You’ll learn how to build and maintain relationships with our panel members while supporting our innovative projects that redefine audience measurement.


To supplement your learning, you will be enrolled onto a L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, this role is part of a government levy-funded apprentice scheme, offering you the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification alongside your practical experience. A set percentage of your paid working time will be dedicated to structured learning, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to thrive both during your apprenticeship and in your future career.

You’ll gain hands-on experience while working with a friendly and supportive team who will teach you the skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. From communicating with panel members to collaborating with technicians and problem-solving, this role will equip you with everything you need to grow in the customer service and technology sector.

Things you will learn and be involved in.

Respond to panel members' enquiries by phone or email and document call outcomes.Call panel members to address technical issues and ensure smooth operation of our systems.Support technicians during visits to panel members' homes by conducting interactive tests and checks.Help update our central database by collecting and verifying information.Work on exciting projects and learn how to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Identify and recommend ways to improve our service alongside the Continuous Improvement team.Develop skills in validating and checking data accuracy.
