Responsibilities:\n\n\u2022Stocking and Inventory Management: Maintain and restock pantry items such as snacks, beverages, and other supplies.\nCleaning and Sanitizing: Keep pantry areas, including coffee machines, refrigerators, counters, and dishware, clean and sanitized.\nCustomer Service: Assist employees by providing requested items or addressing issues related to pantry supplies.\nOrdering Supplies: Coordinate with vendors or internal departments to order necessary stock or handle deliveries.\nEquipment Maintenance: Ensure kitchen and pantry equipment is functioning properly, reporting issues or coordinating repairs when necessary.\nWaste Management: Handle waste and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in accordance with office policies.\nAttention to Detail: Ensuring the pantry is always well-stocked and clean.\nCustomer Service Skills: Ability to interact with office staff in a friendly and professional manner.\nBasic Cleaning Skills: Understanding of proper cleaning and sanitizing practices.\nPhysical Stamina: Ability to lift and transport supplies as needed.\nTime Management: Efficiently managing time to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.\n\n

Qualifications: \n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 2-5 years Mail\/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\ncustomer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\n
