**Pantry Worker** **Job Description** Provide Office Beverage or Office Coffee Service in a designated client facility. **Responsibilities** + Receive, fill, and place stock coffee items and supplies inside pantries or cafeterias within customers throughout NYC. + Place stock in cabinets, on shelves, coffee racks, or in designated coolers, ensuring product rotation for first in, first out utilization. + Record transactions on appropriate delivery tickets and/or electronic devices. + Be accountable for all receipts of goods, invoices or delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product. + Inform regular customers of new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints; set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers. + Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of office coffee and water equipment; conduct minor repairs and adjustments on machines such as adjusting flow meters, cleaning brewer sprayer-heads, de-liming brew valves, and replacing small machine components. + Report all out-of-service equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators or technician dispatchers. + Maintain a clean and organized storage room; establish product par levels and order replacement inventory to ensure adequate supplies and maximize product rotation. + Understand and practice food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment. + Comply with company and departmental policies and standard operating procedures and report any unsafe acts or work conditions to the appropriate manager. **Essential Skills** + Food safety + Foodservice + Data entry + Customer service + Food handling + Food preparation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work as a floater and be flexible with schedule and multiple locations around Manhattan + Experience in routine maintenance and minor repairs of coffee and water equipment **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the flexibility of working at multiple locations around Manhattan with a daily schedule provided. The role involves being on-site at various corporate offices, ensuring a professional and customer-focused environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden City Park, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
