Partner with the best

As a Paralegal, Corporate, you will be responsible for:

Manging intake of HQ real estate requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.Contributing to pre-review/preparing responses to contract documents and information requests.Reviewing title reports and surveys relating to real property sales; proposing curative work on property titles.Assisting with invoice processing and upkeep of digital files.Composing post-closing binders when appropriate and preparing summaries of complex transactions.Managing intake of sourcing requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.Addressing basic client requests for documents and pre-draft basic extensions, additional seats, and pricing change requests.Assisting with intake and logging of cybersecurity and NDA requests.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Have an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification. Have extensive experience as a Paralegal and reviewing documentation.Have excellent organization and communication skills.Have a basic understanding of legal terminology and processes.
