Responsibilities Related Fund Management (RFM) is seeking a Paralegal who will be responsible for supporting both the equity and debt teams. This individual will interact and work across the internal teams including deal, finance, treasury, compliance teams as well as external attorney partners. This position will be based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the maintenance of legal entities and entity system Prepare and support general filings, including entity formation/dissolution Maintain accurate records, correspondence and organizational documents Process investment committee memorandums Review non-disclosure agreements, access agreements, broker agreements and similar documentation Assist with closing transactions, draft and create memoranda, corporate resolutions and closing certificates Oversee the management of CSC invoicing Coordinate litigation management with The Related Companies (TRC) Support special projects as assigned Compensation $100,000 - $120,000 / year Annual performance based bonus Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience, working in a corporate environment and real estate is strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communications and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to naturally adapt to different audiences Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently Strong sense of integrity and ethics Undergraduate degree required A Registered Paralegal (RP) certification is preferred Related values diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
