What's in it for you? **Role: Paralegal** **Location: Boston MA 02210 -Hybrid** **Duration: 4 months contract with possibility of extension** **Job description:** 3 days a week will need to be onsite hours flexible 8-9am 3-5 years paralegal healthcare experience Experience with contracts would be helpful + A suitable candidate is ideally a qualified paralegal with experience in the Healthcare industry. + The role requires good knowledge on Anti-Kickback Statue, False Claims Act, PhRMA Code and relevant enforcement guidance and will be required to get familiarized with Company Compliance Policies. **Key responsibilities include:** + Reviewing requests of healthcare professionals (HCPs) interactions, sponsorships and charitable contributions in Compliances Interaction Management Tool and Request Management System; + Providing timely support and advice to internal business stakeholders on relevant Compliance matters; and supporting the North America Compliance team in fostering and implementing relevant compliance strategies and programs, such as compliance awareness campaigns, monitoring, training and transparency reporting.
