The primary job function involves handling legal documentation, utilizing various software for case management, and assisting with labor and employment claim administration in the legal industry. Responsibilities: • Operate Case Management Software for the organization and tracking of legal cases • Manage the legal calendar to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met • Administer claims by coordinating with clients, attorneys, and insurance providers • Employ excellent communication skills to liaise between clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Requirements • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience with case management software is necessary. • Experience in briefing is essential. • Proficiency in calendar management is necessary. • Knowledge in claim administration is a plus.
