As our Paralegal, you will receive and open title orders, order searches, examine title, prepare title commitments, policies, pro formas, endorsements and releases for lenders and borrowers/buyers in multiple states.  Prepare closing disclosures/settlement statements and other required closing documents for residential and commercial properties.  Communicate with builder, sellers, attorneys and lenders on residential and commercial transactions.  Coordinate the settlement process, for residential and commercial properties, to ensure a smooth closing and attend closings as needed.  Timely record documents in accordance with applicable closing instructions, electronically if available.  Disburse settlement funds to proper parties in accordance with closing instructions, and balance transaction ledger.  Address and respond to post-closing matters.  Provide quality customer service to homebuyers, builder and lender customers.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent from college or technical school and minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
