Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks related to corporate law, including managing subsidiary operations, corporate governance, and SEC filings. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management of subsidiary operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations. • Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, maintaining accuracy and timeliness. • Provide support in corporate transactions, including drafting contracts and other legal documents. • Maintain corporate minutes book and perform other corporate secretarial functions. • Provide expertise in corporate law, ensuring the organization's legal compliance. • Conduct corporate maintenance activities, including updating corporate records and documents. • Collaborate with various teams to assist with corporate & commercial transactions. • Use your paralegal skills to contribute to the company's legal operations. • Assist in corporate governance activities, including preparing materials for board meetings and ensuring compliance with governance policies and procedures. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law or a related field • Proven experience as a Paralegal or relevant legal role • Proficiency in Corporate & Commercial law • Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Corporate Transactions • Familiarity with Corporate Maintenance and Corporate Law • Experience in Corporate Legal matters • Ability to handle Corporate Minutes Book efficiently • Experience in the Corporate ParaLegal field • Knowledge of Corporate Secretarial Function • Ability to Draft Contracts effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Demonstrates high ethical standards and professionalism in all work-related activities.
