We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will provide comprehensive paralegal support, focusing on real estate law and operations. You will collaborate with our real estate team, draft and coordinate legal documents, and assist in various legal tasks. Join the team at this bold, upbeat and motivating environment. Responsibilities:
• Drafting and coordinating various legal documents including lease agreements, lease redrafts, pre-sales leases, and associated documents.
• Conducting reviews and preparations of declarations, ECCR reviews, easements, and title reviews.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as amendments, Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment agreements (SNDA’s), estoppels, equipment waivers, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s).
• Providing notary services as required and managing subpoena requests and responses to small claims.
• Actively participating in lease negotiation meetings to understand company requirements and preferences.
• Conducting legal research on pertinent real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues affecting real estate and operational matters.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risk and optimize outcomes.
• Managing and maintaining an organized database of legal documents and agreements.
• Providing support for general business law matters, such as contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Supporting intellectual property matters, including trademark searches, applications, and enforcement actions.
• Assisting with general employment law matters and supporting general state and federal employment laws.
• Assisting with regulatory compliance efforts, including researching and interpreting relevant laws and regulations, and developing compliance policies and procedures.
• Providing litigation support, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and assisting with trial preparation.
• Collaborating with external counsel on various legal matters, including managing relationships and coordinating legal strategy.

Requirements
• Possession of a Paralegal certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Paralegal role
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate required
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Investment
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal research techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles
• Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
