Position Summary:
As an integral part of the company's in-house legal team, this position will work closely with the company’s legal team, and primarily be responsible for routine contract drafting and negotiation, managing the company's contract management system, and providing support with respect to all contract inquiries and issues. Cirtec's Legal team is a relaxed, but driven group, who believes in fun and wants you to be yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and negotiates a high volume of agreements necessary for the day-to-day operations of a growing company, including, but not limited to non-disclosure agreements and consulting agreements. Serves as principal point of contact for issues with the contract management system, including updating the status of contracts in process and tracking of executed contracts. Administers and maintains the contract management system, and recommends, modifies, and/or implements improvements to internal processes that pertain to the contract review process. Provides continuing support on executed agreements (e.g., drafting amendments, extensions, and terminations; etc.).This position is a hybrid role, with occasional in-office time being required. Candidates must be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree or relevant Associate’s degree required. 2+ years experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Proven ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
