Paralegal

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
Assists with corporate contracts, database management, and risk management.
Assists Attorney and Business Analyst with integral corporate documents and materials, including contracts and agreements.
Works directly with VP of HR and Business Analyst during corporate transactions
Organizes, indexes, and files all legal documents
Analyzes and organizes information in order to produce reports.
Monitors governmental and industry regulations.
Works directly with other departments to provide legal support as directed.
