Description We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be deeply involved in employment law cases, providing crucial support for various legal proceedings such as investigations, EEOC charges, and rebuttals. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and requires extensive experience in federal court litigation support. Responsibilities: • Carefully draft legal pleadings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance • Organize documents efficiently for easy retrieval and reference • Prepare and support for depositions, hearings, and trial • Utilize case management software effectively for case tracking and management • Handle calendar management tasks to keep track of critical dates and deadlines • Provide briefing services to deliver concise summaries of complex legal matters • Engage in thorough document review and organization to support litigation processes • Leverage knowledge of employment law to effectively represent employees and executives • Contribute to trial preparations, ensuring all necessary documents and materials are ready.
