As a Paralegal, your primary tasks will revolve around assisting in probate matters and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the legal industry, with a focus on probate and litigation. Responsibilities: • Render support throughout all stages of litigation. • Ensure efficient document management. • Provide assistance to the attorney in probate litigation. • Handle client communication effectively. • Utilize your knowledge of civil litigation in the probate context. • Leverage your skills in Probate Law and Estate Administration. • Apply your communication skills to maintain strong client relationships. • Use your experience in Probate Litigation to assist in case management. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Paralegal role. • Strong communication skills are a must to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals. • Proficiency in dealing with probate cases is required. • Knowledge of probate law is essential. • Ability to handle probate and estate administration effectively. • Experience in probate litigation is necessary. • Familiarity with civil litigation processes and procedures is a prerequisite.
