As a Paralegal, your role will primarily involve managing complex cases, conducting legal research, and ensuring the smooth running of legal procedures. You will be working closely with legal professionals in a dynamic environment, dealing with cases of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and bodily injury. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation • Manage and maintain schedules and calendars to ensure timely case progression • Prepare comprehensive demand packages to facilitate case proceedings • Negotiate effectively with adjusters to reach favourable case outcomes • Digitize and organize medical records for easy access and review • Coordinate with Judicial Assistants and Opposing Counsels for case-related matters • Assist in various duties to ensure efficient running of legal procedures • Implement your knowledge in Litigation - Plaintiff and Personal Injury Plaintiffs • Apply your skills in Pre-Litigation to aid case preparation and proceedings.
