Overview This is a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office) This position is responsible for providing real estate, corporate, and business licensing related support to the Legal department. Responsibilities Prepares, reviews, and administers legal documents including management agreements, commercial leases, amendments, legal notices, DBA forms, and related corporate/business documents. Coordinates intake and internal review process for service contracts, commercial leases, etc., and maintains all related internal databases with accurate information. Reviews and maintains relevant condominium information including condominium documents, contact information, and annual budget deadlines. Uploads, updates, and maintains business licenses within the company’s internal databases and distributes same to relevant points of contact as needed. Performs various invoicing related tasks including coding, logging, and weekly uploading of same to both third-party and internal databases. Communicates key upcoming decisions with internal stakeholders and coordinates signatures and internal approvals with same as needed. Prepares reports for internal stakeholders regarding important real property, corporate, and business licensing information and dates as requested. Legal research of law sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and media relevant to business operations, business licensing, and pending legal issues. Handles other general duties and administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications (including programs/systems experience) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of five (5) years of paralegal or document management experience preferably in real estate or contract law. Strong knowledge of computer programs including WestLaw, Legal Tracker, Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Pro. Excellent organization and communication skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as a team player. Additional Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate.
