Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States. The Paralegal will be operating within the residential real estate industry, focusing on tasks such as title commitments, title examination, and dealing with municipal certificates. This role also involves the use of Eclosing or similar software. Responsibilities: • Processing and handling residential real estate transactions. • Conducting title examinations and managing title commitments. • Preparing and reviewing closing documents and settlement statements. • Handling the ordering and understanding of LLC. • Working with municipal laws and obtaining tax certificates. • Utilizing software like Eclosing for efficient workflows. • Addressing customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
