Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain legal calendar • Utilize Aderant and CompuLaw for case management and billing functions • Employ Adobe Acrobat for document management and briefing tasks • Use Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for property transaction records • Provide comprehensive administrative support including claim administration • Effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations • Develop and manage case files using case management software • Maintain and update client records accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in Aderant, a commonly used legal software. • Mastery of Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing. • Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for real estate transactions. • Proficient in the use of case management software to organize and manage legal cases effectively. • Experience with CompuLaw for managing deadlines and schedules. • Ability to handle billing functions, including tracking billable hours and issuing invoices. • Strong briefing skills, with the ability to summarize complex legal information clearly. • Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple appointments and deadlines. • Experience in claim administration, including filing and tracking legal claims. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
