This position is within the personal injury litigation sector and involves a variety of responsibilities such as case management, legal documentation drafting, and liens requesting. Responsibilities: • Management of pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow. • Filing claims related to personal injury cases, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately submitted. • Ordering and maintaining medical records and bills associated with personal injury cases. • Requesting liens, including those related to Medicare and Medicaid, as part of the case management process. • Drafting demands and other legal documents as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards. • Utilizing skills in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Plaintiffs to effectively manage and progress cases.
