What You'll Do: As a vital member of the team, you'll be responsible for: + Providing direct support to attorneys on a variety of plaintiff personal injury claims. + Managing case files from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery management, and trial prep. + Communicating efficiently with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure timely movement of cases. + Preparing and filing court documents in state and federal courts. Requirements What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring: + Experience: 3+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff litigation (personal injury strongly preferred). + Skills: Proficient in case management, legal research, and e-filing with excellent organizational abilities. + Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative and communicative approach to your work.
