About the Role:
Bitdefender Legal Team is seeking to hire a Paralegal based in Romania to provide support for legal processes across the
Bitdefender Group. In this role you will respond to requests from the Legal Team, assist with information, guide the employees to legal procedures and guidelines and offer support to their questions.
This role is ideally suited for a paralegal seeking experience in a multi-national environment and the opportunity to develop legal,
organizational and communication skills while working with experienced lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:
Offer support for all aspects of the Bitdefender contract execution process: internal approval process, signature process, database registration and update, compliance tracking/ audit, contract termination;
Ensure that contract signing processes comply with applicable internal policies and procedures;
Ensure the update of contracts database;
Communication with the business teams during the contracting process;
Resolve operational issues that may arise from the contract approval and signing process;
Performs specific document archiving activities and manages document archives.

Requirements:
Fluent in both spoken and written English;
University degree;
Excellent communication and computer skills;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet business requirements;
Flexibility in work schedule.
