Description A well-established plaintiffs' personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling discovery, case management, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct discovery tasks, including responding to discovery requests and drafting demand letters and mediation briefs + Draft and edit legal correspondence with strong attention to detail and writing skills + Assist attorneys with case management, calendaring deadlines, and legal filings + Order, review, and manage medical records and bills, a significant aspect of the role + Handle scheduling of meetings and answer client calls with professionalism + Utilize legal software such as MS Office, Dropbox, Adobe, and FileVine (preferred); familiarity with OneLegal and PACER is a plus + Support marketing efforts, as the previous paralegal also assisted in this area Requirements Qualifications: + Experience: 5-7 years as a paralegal, with at least 1 year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience + Education: Paralegal certificate preferred; at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree required + Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with FileVine, OneLegal, or PACER is beneficial + Soft Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, ability to multitask, and excellent people skills + Language: Spanish-speaking is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
