Description We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Smyrna, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of legal support tasks, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing litigation support. Responsibilities of the Role: • Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines. • Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and interrogatories. • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other court filings. • Assist with trial preparation, including trial notebooks and exhibits. • Conduct legal research and maintain clear communication with clients and witnesses. Requirements • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Personal Injury, or civil litigation- Trial experience preferred • Should have extensive knowledge and experience in litigation processes and procedures. • Must have specialized experience in civil litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. • Should be proficient in e-Filing systems, with the ability to manage and organize electronic documents and files efficiently. • Must have a paralegal certification or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. • Must be proficient in using legal research tools. • Should have a high degree of detail orientation and integrity.
