Description We are partnering with a growing boutique litigation firm in Downtown Minneapolis that is seeking a Paralegal to support real estate litigation and collections matters. This role plays a crucial part in managing case files, preparing legal documents, and ensuring deadlines are met in complex financial and commercial litigation cases Key Responsibilities: + Manage case files, track deadlines, and prepare legal documents + Conduct legal research and assist with court filings + Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel + Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines and filing requirements + Support attorneys with real estate litigation, collections, lien and mortgage foreclosures, and judgment enforcement Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Familiarity with litigation procedures and court processes + Experience with title review and real estate documents (preferred) + Experience with collections and foreclosure matters (preferred) Benefits: + 401k (with match) + Medical + Dental + PTO Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
