Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Legal industry. We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, your tasks will encompass various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including maintaining detailed records, reviewing titles and surveys, and preparing and filing UCCs. Responsibilities: • Assisting attorneys with a variety of commercial real estate transactions • Conducting extensive review of titles and surveys • Preparing comprehensive real estate closing documents • Creating detailed summaries of titles and surveys • Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation and filing of UCCs • Performing UCC and diligence searches • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records • Resolving client inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitoring client accounts and taking appropriate action as needed • Processing client credit applications accurately and efficiently For immediate and confidential consideration, please submit resumes directly to Vice President of Permanent Placement, Anne-Laure McGrory at anne-laure [dot] mcgrory [at] roberthalf [dot] [com]. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal • Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate • Demonstrable knowledge in Real Estate - Title • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field • Proficient in legal research and documentation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality • Must be certified as a Paralegal or equivalent.
