Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a fully remote Foreclosure Specialist. As a foreclosure specialist, you will be involved in several operations including managing foreclosure cases, handling document gathering, and following up with banks for updates. Responsibilities: • Management of foreclosure cases with minimal supervision. • Preparing legal filings pertaining to foreclosure cases. • Following up with banks to secure updated information relevant to cases. • Gathering and organizing documents related to foreclosure and residential real estate matters. • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications. • Maintenance and updating of customer credit records. Requirements • Possess a thorough understanding of foreclosure processes and regulations • Have demonstrable experience in residential real estate • Ability to prepare and file legal documents related to real estate • Proficient in conducting legal research and analysis • Strong knowledge of real estate law and property rights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor's degree in law or related field • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
