Description We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in the legal industry, located in Midland, Texas. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a full desk for one attorney, providing solutions, and assisting with trial preparation. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and requires skills in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, and Client Relations. Responsibilities: • Manage a full desk for one attorney, ensuring efficient operation • Act as a solution provider for various legal issues and challenges • Assist with trial preparation as needed, despite the firm not being heavily trial-oriented • Utilize technology effectively to enhance productivity and efficiency • Foster a positive team environment and maintain a can-do attitude • Use Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for various tasks • Handle billing functions accurately and promptly • Prepare briefing documents and manage calendar effectively • Maintain strong client relations and provide exceptional customer service.
