Have a minimum of two years of experience drafting legal documents and providing complex clerical level legal support services to an attorney, preferably with an emphasis on litigation. 4. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of legal language and principles, and strong organizational and analytical skills. 5. Maintain confidentiality and agree to non-disclosure agreements maintained by the Contractor and available for inspection. 6.
