Paralegal Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $75,000 to $90,000 annual base, based on experience Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Paralegal Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment. Paralegal certificate a plus. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize based on changing internal or external demands. Experience in handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion. Able to pass a drug test and background check

 Paralegal Responsibilities

Manage contract process and contract administration activities, including contract intake, records maintenance, database management, and renewals. Draft basic agreements under attorney supervision. Manage projects, including drafting, reviewing, and transmitting legal correspondence and documents. Assist with due diligence and capital markets activities. Assist with litigation, investigations, and resolution of third-party disputes. Assist with licensing and permitting. Assist with preparation of Board materials. Manage insurance claims. Perform legal research and legislative tracking. Manage engagement, billing, and payments of outside counsel and other parties. Assist with other legal and compliance tasks as needed.
