Description We are offering a part time contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be aiding our legal team by managing cases, drafting documents, and maintaining a well-organized calendar. Responsibilities: Schedule 11am - 3 pm. • Manage cases using the PC Law software • Draft legal documents for various cases • Efficiently manage and maintain the office calendar • Schedule appointments and depositions as per case requirements • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in litigation • Use e-File/e-Filing systems for case management • Adapt to the routine of the office and follow the established filing system • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role • Proficiency in using Case Management Software • Experience with Calendar Management • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written • Familiarity with Litigation procedures and protocols • Experience with e-File and e-Filing systems • Ability to Draft Legal Documents accurately and efficiently • Experience with Calendaring and managing multiple schedules • Ability to Schedule Appointments and coordinate logistics • Experience in scheduling depositions in a legal setting • Proficient in using PC Law software Schedule 11 am- 3 pm.
