**Job Description:** Provides general paralegal support as part of the Legal and Regulatory Services team. This position involves a wide variety of potential duties, including in the areas of corporate governance, transactions, contract review and drafting, legal research, assistance with policy development and review, regulatory interpretation and compliance, physician employment, real estate, and other general paralegal tasks as directed by the Legal and Regulatory Services team. **Education Qualifications:** **Required Education:** + Graduate of a paralegal program or equivalent through experience and/or training. **Required Experience:** + Minimum two years’ experience as a paralegal (or equivalent experience), with involvement in sophisticated healthcare matters. **Making a Healthy Difference in YOUR life** We understand better than most how important your health is.
