**About the Role**
This is a mid-level or senior paralegal opportunity for someone who is experienced in supporting and handling immigration-related matters as well as exhibiting excellent time management and communication skills. The position will work with several attorneys both within the Legal Department and outside counsel. The role involves providing immigration support throughout the entire lifecycle of immigration cases, working with outside immigration counsel to ensure full compliance with immigration laws, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, including management of sponsorship roster, Public Access Files for H-1Bs, monthly reports, and maintenance of training files.
**Responsibilities**
· Offer consistent, industry-leading experience to employees by providing immigration support and strategy throughout the entire lifecycle of immigration cases.
· Manage Public Access Files for H-1Bs, run monthly purge cycle on historic PAFs, and prepare/post same MSA notices.
· Maintain a roster of employees requiring sponsorship in future H-1B lotteries.
· Work with outside immigration counsel to ensure full compliance with immigration laws.
· Organize and manage employee documentation and data in immigration management systems.
· Prepare, track, and manage STEM training files.
· Provide guidance to employees, HR teams, and managers on immigration processes, policies, timelines, and obligations.
· Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify client immigration solutions, and understand current client activity.
· Regularly update internal partners on immigration changes.
· Provide superior levels of service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and maintaining a high degree of professionalism at all times.
**Requirements**
· Specific experience in handling and supporting immigration-related matters.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Able to communicate and write extremely well.
· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
· Be a team player.
· Maintain consistent exercise of unbiased judgment and discretion in matters of significance and sensitivity.
· Undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic performance in relevant subjects.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $57,750 - $75,000
