Summary: Seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager to handle personal injury case files from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and/or Law School Degree

2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

100% on-site availability

Preferred Skills:

Defense Experience (e.g., working for auto insurance companies)

Plaintiff Experience (e.g., working for Personal Injury Law firms)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury case files from start to finish with minimal supervision

Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients

Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers

Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate

Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system

Assist with other duties as assigned

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
