The paralegal will be responsible for supporting a busy insurance defense department through all phases of litigation. Applicants should possess first party defense experience. The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for drafting legal documents, reviewing, organizing and summarizing case reports. Additional duties will be to assist with pre-trial and trial preparation. A paralegal with experience meeting billable hour requirements is a plus.
