Job Description

The Paralegal Internship spans 16 weeks, providing a minimum of 120 hours of practical experience within a Fortune 100 legal setting. The internship aims to equip interns with foundational legal knowledge and practical skills required for a paralegal role.

Goals and Objectives:

Legal Understanding: Develop a fundamental grasp of legal principles, procedures, and documentation.

Practical Skills: Gain hands-on experience in legal research, document preparation, and case management.

Professional Growth: Cultivate professionalism, time management, and communication skills in a legal context.

Collaboration: Learn to work effectively within a legal team and contribute to case strategies.

Problem Solving: Enhance analytical skills through exposure to legal issues and case scenarios.

Requirements:

1. Education: Qualified candidates must be in good standing and actively enrolled in an ABA accredited Paralegal educational program leading to a degree at an accredited college.

2. Experience: Prior work experience preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

4. Special Skills: Detail oriented and strong follow-through ability.

Please Note: This internship is located in Springdale, AR and requires the selected candidate to complete their internship in our corporate office. This is a part-time position targeting 20 – 25 hours per week worked.
