Check out the link for more info on Baudette MN https://www.ci.baudette.mn.us/. **Sign On Bonus: $9,000** **Responsibilities** The Paramedic provides direct patient care; administers medications utilizing the five (5) Patient Rights; identifies significant changes or high risk situations; completes all documentation in a timely manner; demonstrates knowledge and use of equipment encountered in the ambulance department or in hospital; communicates patient status at transfer of care; adjusts own workload as needed; assess, identifies, and communicates staffing needs to Coordinator or adjusts staffing needs to current situation.
