AtPalestine Regional Medical Center, we recognize that our patients deserve qualified, engaged, and competent healthcare professionals. And we know that our healthcare professionals deserve a working environment that is safe, leaders who are visible and supportive, and opportunities to grow and develop in their chosen disciplines. The heart of Palestine Regional is in its people, making our hospital a supportive family of mission driven people dedicated to the service of others.
Our team is stationed and responds from one primary location, which builds camaraderie and trust between members. All shifts are scheduled on a rotating twelve-hour schedule and posted online. We have a Safe Operations policy that allows crew rest if members exceed twelve continuous duty hours. At PRMC, we value the suggestions of our staff towards developing or changing practices to improve department operations. If you are ready for a different EMS experience, we would love to talk to you about opportunities with us
