Adhere to SOPs for medical emergencies, including implementing directives from the Center Physician and arranging donor transport to emergency care facilities. + Consult with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on communicating unacceptable findings to donors, and for addressing medical or technical issues related to donor safety and eligibility. + Support employee Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs as applicable. + Manage employee incidents, determining if further evaluation by occupational health/ER is necessary. Refer to EHS guidelines for handling employee incidents. + Act as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS, supporting investigations related to pandemic threats within the local community as directed by EHS or Medical Affairs. **Your Mission in the Medical Frontier:** As our plasma pioneer, you'll be the chief rain-dancer of our life-saving oasis, navigating the healthcare landscape with the precision of a roadrunner and the resilience of a desert tortoise.
