Adhere to SOPs for medical emergencies, including implementing directives from the Center Physician and arranging donor transport to emergency care facilities. + Consult with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on communicating unacceptable findings to donors, and for addressing medical or technical issues related to donor safety and eligibility. + Support employee Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs as applicable. + Manage employee incidents, determining if further evaluation by occupational health/ER is necessary.
