Job Description
Lifecare Ambulance is hiring a full-time Paramedic for our southwest operations division. Lifecare EMTs are skilled, friendly, and professional - we pride ourselves on the character and caliber of our employees.
Our paramedics deliver basic and advanced life support under direction of medical control, ensuring proper treatment is given, keeping confidential the nature of his/her dealings with the patient while following the policies and procedures of the various medical control boards and LifeCare Ambulance, medical protocols and state and local regulations.
High-quality patient care and service to our community are at the center of all we do. We have a friendly and supportive team and are looking for driven, service-oriented EMS providers to help carry out our mission.

Job Duties
+ Maintain high clinical standards in all aspects of care.
+ Safely drive and operate ambulances.
+ Provide basic life support, including CPR, airway, suction, oxygen application, bleeding control, splinting, bandaging, etc.
+ Provide convalescent care, including transporting sick, injured, and convalescent patients to and from medical facilities.
+ Proficiently and safely perform patient handling, including stretcher operations, lifting, and loading.
+ Treat patients with compassion and respect.
+ Interact professionally and courteously with patients, family members, facility staff, and co-workers.
