PRIMARY PURPOSE: To perform ongoing maintenance of office and client parameters utilized by the claims management system directing claims administration and client reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Interprets information from field offices; applies understanding and knowledge to establish and maintain parameters in the project tracking database and the claims management system.Updates and explains to field office effects of parameter changes or forms to specific accounts.Identifies, isolates and resolves problems with account parameters; provides alternative solutions to field office needs as required.Sets up and maintains parameters; verifies accuracy and distribution of data; and adheres to tight deadlines in the delivery of parameter changes.Maintains current documentation on assigned projects; communicates project status to appropriate parties.Investigates call escalations for parameter problems; corrects parameters as required.Produces and distributes client and policy renewal notifications. Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travels as required.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a computer field from an accredited college or university preferred.Experience
Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years Microsoft Office products experience in a Windows environment. UNIX operating systems experience preferred.

For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $23.00/hour USD to $33.00/hour USD.
